About Sans Kitchen

After a recent move to Trent Hills from the big city, Founder Kimberly Davidson was amazed at how much this area had to offer when it came to locally grown and locally produced food. As a Nutritionist and busy mom of two, Kimberly did however notice a need for more healthy food choices that she could feed to her family. That is why she created Sans Kitchen, a prepared meal service which offers healthy salads, soups, snacks and treats that are full of nutrients but without the junk!

Sans in French means ‘without’. Although this kitchen is certainly not without flavour or fun, it is without many things such as wheat, dairy, processed sugar and waste (or as little as possible:).

We at Sans Kitchen are passionate about healthy food and passionate about our planet. From the packaging our ingredients come in to the packaging we deliver our finished product in, we strive to create as little waste as possible. That is why all of our jars are re-useable and we encourage our customers to return their jars for a discount on their next purchase!

My entire family loves the food we got this week from Sans Kitchen. My husband said the Nagano Noodles was the best meal he had ever had and he loved the fresh Green Machine Juice too. The Mookies were a huge hit with my teenage son and his friends and I loved the Chia seed pudding and the granola. Can’t wait to try the soups! Thank you for providing a service for busy families that is healthy and delicious!

"One of the most obvious things about Kimberly is her sincere enthusiasm to help people eat—and live—better"

A mutual friend suggested I approach Kimberly for help with a persistent digestion problem. I will always be grateful that I did. One of the most obvious things about Kimberly is her sincere enthusiasm to help people eat—and live—better. From the start it seemed that she was more dedicated to relieving my problem than I was! She wields her expertise lightly, was very clear when explaining the details of my program, and would answer any questions I had in a patient manner. Thanks to her, I have (almost) effortlessly stopped bad eating habits I didn’t even notice I had until she helped me identify them. Not only has my digestion problem been greatly alleviated, but I’ve lost weight, a bonus to me considering it was not my stated goal. To anyone thinking of trying Kimberly on as a nutrition consultant, I would expect you to find her as friendly, sincere and helpful as I did! Thank you Kimberly!

"Above and beyond, but deeply appreciated, is her good vibe.  Maybe that's what makes her food taste so good"

Our daughter has been on a special diet for 8 out of her 11 years of life.  The diet was important but I was starting to resent the amount of time spent in the kitchen.  A friend recommended Kimberly, who she knew to be a nutritionist and passionately interested in wholesome food.  Kimberly agreed to help.  She now comes to our house once a week and prepares 6 or 7 dishes and a few cooking essentials.  My life is so much easier!  She understands my daughter's special diet, she works efficiently, and her food is delicious.  Above and beyond, but deeply appreciated, is her good vibe.  Maybe that's what makes her food taste so good.
